Great location with loads of amenities!

The location is ideal. A quick walk to the subway station, shopping center, convenience store, lively college neighborhood, a hospital across the street, and the Han River within walking distance. There was no shortage of things to access. The fitness center was amazing too.

Over all pretty comfortable stay

It's pretty convenient that convenience store, cafe, shopping and station are close to the hotel. In addition, room was very comfortable which enhanced our trip.

It didn't really bother me that much, but it's better if the water pressure for shower is bit stronger.

Booking here annually!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Very foreigner friendly, and welcoming. Diverse guest- Japanese, Korean, Black, White, so you’ll feel very comfortable. The location was amazing right next to a Lotte Department store/mall so groceries, clothing all super close, and if you’re into night life it’s a quick 3-5minute walk away. Very safe area and very convenient.

We only had one continuity issue with the staff and it wasn’t a big deal since were early packers anyway. We were given a late checkout since our flight was at 6pm by one male staff member and were even told the amount to pay 44000₩. We agreed, everything was set or so we thought. However when our day to checkout came we were told by a female staff member that they couldn’t honor the late checkout the male staff member set up for us and we would have to leave by their requested checkout time. They only thing they could do according to the female staff member was to give us 30 additional minutes. In the US this would have been handled differently considering this was the fault of the hotel staff and not of the customer but in South Korea it may be more that the issues fall on the customer and it is more of a ‘it is what it is attitude’, so be prepared for that.

Wonderful

The facilities were clean and very convenient. The room was spacious and nicely arranged. The location was excellent and there were many things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff working in that area were exceptional.

The room had some features that were a bit confusing to use and the power was out when we checked in. Also, some of the staff were a bit rude to other guests...especially those working downstairs for the spa and swimming pool.

Top location!

The cleaning lady through the week did very well her job and she is very attentive. I stayed on the 14th floor in the A building. If the manager see this comment, please keep this lady! The cleaning lady of the weekend shift, did her job, but did not clean the floor and was not good as the lady of the week shift. Location is very good, metro line 2 and 7 at walking distance. Different buses stop front of the door. ATM in the building.

I wanted to book a taxi via the reception. They recommended me of their own taxi (a van) which it cost 120.000 won to the airport (ICN) and told me that was a fix price. It surprised me when I arrived at the airport, the taxi driver gave me a different price (higher) AND didn't give my change back. It wasn't much, but what matters is the principle.

Amazing hotel with great staff in great location - perfect for families

It’s perfect for a long stay, but we have also done weekends here. It’s right beside Ttukseom park, less than a minute walk to the main subway line and plenty of shops and restaurants around. Great coffee shops in the building, a chemist and a bank machine. Really convenient and great helpful staff. When we arrived we had no way to pay the taxi and so the staff paid him and put it on our room bill. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else when I’m in Seoul for long stays. The cleaning service is impeccable.

The corridors are too warm in the summer. The games room isn’t open to guests only residents and the pool is closed most times.

Hard to imagine a more perfect place to stay in Seoul.

This place is extremely classy, beautiful and efficient. They are flexible, extremely helpful and courteous to guests, and I can’t praise the accomodation itself enough either: it really felt like an executive penthouse, with all the conveniences and everything we could possibly need either at our fingertips or immediately available downstairs or right next door. You could have an incredible trip just staying put right here and never leaving the immediate area. Amazing place. The concierge team, particularly Hyewon Nam and Charlie Kim went above and beyond to cater to our special requests and make our experience in Seoul great and memorable. They even held our bags for a few extra days without any issues at all, just as part of the service. I’ve been travelling for a month straight and this has been the best and most memorable place I’ve stayed. Highly recommended.

What’s not to like? It’s the perfect place to stay.

One of the best hotel experience's I've had

The room was very large, had everything we needed, washer/dryer, kitchen, big bathroom and very clean. The staff in the hotel are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. Facilities in the hotel are really good too, swimmingpool was closed, because it was winter. We arrived early, so our luggage was put in a seperate holding area for us, while we explored the surroundings, when we got back at check in time, our luggage was already waiting in our room. Busstop right outside the hotel, trainstations are all a 5 minute walk and so is the "nightlife" scene, with restaurants (Korean, chinese, western,...) clubs ...and it all feels so safe, not once did we have an "unsafe" feeling in Seoul. Down the road is a "Paris Baguette", with amazing pastry and cakes ( and I'm from Belgium !!). At the groundfloor of the hotel there is a Starbucks and a "The coffee bean and tea leaf" and coffee and cake place. Next door is a Lotte Mall

in general was good

I like the hotel and it is second time we are staying in this hotel. I like that spacious room, facilities especially spa!

The only disappointment was that this time, our room was not in a good condition - no carpet, the floor was with "scars" all over the place. was not well maintained, needs some refurbishment/or renovation.

The apartment we got was spacious. Fully equipped with a kitchen, dish-ware and in unit laundry. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby so there are lots to do in the area.

Incredible family hotel - you won’t want to leave

The rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities are incredible. Great dining/shopping options surrounding the hotel. Huge plus that the Lotte mall is next door. Really enjoyed exploring Seongsu-dong area.

Outdoor pool closed too early (Aug 31) and it’s still very hot and humid in Sept.

Large, beautiful apt. Fully equipped. Conveniently located next to Konkuk University Station.

The apartment was huge. Fully equipped and clean. Konkuk University Station short walk away.

Space could be better allocated. This apt only had 1 bedroom. Although fully equipped, we struggled to find out how to operate the air conditioning. Would have been better if there was a user’s manual to guide tenants on how to operate some of the switches and/or appliances. The apt was also quite a bit older than what was shown in the photos.
